 Galt Cenotaph, immediately following Drumhead Service at GRACE BIBLE CHURCH

 

 

This event is for cadets in their Second year or more of cadets. No recruits will participate.

Cadets will be sleeping in church.  Bring:

·        PJs

·        Sleeping bag

·        Mattress

·        Toiletries

·        Pillow

 

 
Messing: Snacks and drinks through night will be available.

Breakfast will be provided to all cadets in the morning.

 
Dress:

 

 Cdt parka outer shell, with liner as required.   Gloves / Toque

Tunic w tie.  Pants, belt, socks, boots, wedge.

 

note – Cadets should ensure they bring items listed under Accomidations.

Instructions:

 This will count towards Volunteer Time hours for the cadets OSSD

Cadets will be put into shits to work in teams.

The teams will typically spend during their ‘ on time’ 30 mins on vigil, then 30 min inside getting warm while another team is on the cenotaph.

Exact times will depend on how many cadets we have.

With 8 teams- the average on period may be 3 hours.
