Cadets will arrive at 0900h to begin practice for the Annual Review They will be dressed in CIVILIAN Clothing, and will have their complete BLUE uniform with them. Pants, properly pressed Pants belt Boots, highly shone Button up shirt, properly cleaned and pressed tie Tunic, properly pressed Wedge ( Cadets in highland dress will have appropriate equivalents)     Lunch will be served to cadets PRIOR to changing into uniform.
